Attention pleasure-seekers – we will shortly be offering a competition for you to experience a free ice cream meal in our totally cool and unique ‘God Save The Cream’ (GSTC) ice cream van – driven by Her Majesty herself. This all-in-black reincarnation of the trad ice cream van is covered in subversive ice cream related slogans in flour pink with a fetching fetishistic black and pink fur interior with glitterball. To really have some fun press our ‘chimes’ button or stand back and watch the Vegas-style ‘GSTC’ neon flicker on and off.

Unstoppable publicity merchants Icecreamists launched in Selfridges, daring punters in the swish department store to swap their tubs of Ben & Jerry’s for something more exotic.

One flavour unlikely to be matched by the Unilever brand is Icecreamists’ £12 ‘Sex Pistol’ dessert. Definitely more Sid & Nancy than Ben & Jerry, it’s topped with absinthe and, rumour has it, includes a used hypodermic needle in every glass. What odds on Johnny Rotten taking up a Ben & Jerry’s gig for Unilever?

This September sees a clash of the mainstream and underground as the Icecreamists launch at Selfridges Oxford Street in a subterranean ice cream installation.
Located on the Lower Ground Floor in our Ultralounge, the Icecreamists will be the ultimate ice cream boutique opening on Thursday 10 September! As well as offering a wide array of unique-flavoured ice cream, you will also find fresh frozen yogurt and sorbettos – all freshly prepared for your guilty pleasure.

Come and visit the boutique for breakfast, lunch or dinner and you might be treated to a DJ or in-house band performacnce, or even be served by one of our catwalk cool or celebrity ‘scooperheroes’!

An exciting menu of sweet and savoury ice creams will include Selfridges Ice Cream Sandwich with cream of Cucumber, Gordon’s Glory – 21st century reimagining of the Knickerbocker Glory and ‘The Sex Pistol’, Viagra Ice Cream served as a shot in a pink water pistol!
